Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Sandwich
These buffalo cauliflower sandwiches are an excellent source of your daily vitamins & minerals, oh & they're delicious! Make for quick, easy lunch today.
This recipe is pretty similar to the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, but instead of little one-bite pieces, you get a full-on cauliflower slab. Each sandwich is then topped with extra buffalo sauce, vegan ranch, and spinach.
I think it's safe to say, every bite will leave you wanting another.
Start by preheating the oven to 400° F.
Now, to prepare the cauliflower, remove stem then cut (from top to bottom) into 1-inch steaks.

Next, stir together the flour, buffalo sauce, and cashew cream in a large bowl. Set aside for now.
Then, dip each cauliflower steak into the buffalo mixture. Allow the access to drip off, then place onto a greased baking sheet or large casserole dish. Repeat this for the remaining slabs of cauliflower.
Finally, bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or when the outside becomes crispy.
Once cooked, place the buffalo cauliflower steaks on the buns and top with a drizzle of ranch and a handful of spinach.
