This recipe is pretty similar to the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, but instead of little one-bite pieces, you get a full-on cauliflower slab. Each sandwich is then topped with extra buffalo sauce, vegan ranch, and spinach.

I think it's safe to say, every bite will leave you wanting another.

The Cauliflower

Start by preheating the oven to 400° F.

Now, to prepare the cauliflower, remove stem then cut (from top to bottom) into 1-inch steaks.

Fun Fact: Cauliflower has an impressive nutritional profile, but not only does it have lots of your daily minerals and vitamins, it also is:

  • High in fiber
  • Good source of antioxidants, which can lower inflammation
  • High in choline
  • Low in carbs

The Batter

Next, stir together the flour, buffalo sauce, and cashew cream in a large bowl. Set aside for now.

Then, dip each cauliflower steak into the buffalo mixture. Allow the access to drip off, then place onto a greased baking sheet or large casserole dish. Repeat this for the remaining slabs of cauliflower.

If you are a fan of spice, drizzle a little sriracha over the top as well.
